I served as assistant state comptroller to Nancy Wyman and worked on maintaining and increasing the Rainy Day Fund, health insurance for municipalities, nonprofits and small businesses, and implementing Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
As State Healthcare Advocate, I have had the privilege to stand with patients and their families to fight insurance company denials.
I am a candidate for State Comptroller because I want to continue my advocacy on behalf of the people of Connecticut.
I believe we can make real, sustained change in the way we deliver government services, administer our budget, and approach our growing health care crisis.
Together we can reverse the years of neglect our state has suffered and regain the ground we've lost.
I ask for your support.
